Penetron Admix

Penetron Admix is a non-toxic, 3rd generation crystallizing additive in powder form, specifically developed to be added to new concrete during batching. This innovative additive reduces the permeability of the concrete by permanently sealing microcracks, pores and capillaries. The concrete is thus effectively protected against water infiltration and degradation, even under high hydrostatic pressure. Thanks to its self-healing properties, Penetron Admix offers long-term protection, allowing the concrete to seal cracks that occur during its lifetime.

Penetron Admix is compatible with all common additives, such as superplasticizers and retardants, and can easily be incorporated into various mix design formulations. Prior test blends are recommended to ensure optimal performance.

Penetron Admix Tracer

Penetron Admix Tracer is a convenient addition to the Penetron Admix System. This fluorescent tracer makes it possible to control and verify the correct dosage and mixing of Penetron Admix in concrete. This provides extra security during the construction process and helps to ensure that the waterproofing additive is evenly distributed, which is crucial for the full effectiveness of the system.
